Vivekananda Institute of Indian Studies, Mysuru, a unit of SVYM, in collaboration with Swaralayam Arts Forum, Houston, USA organized a "Drawing and Essay competition" for Tribal students at the Vivekananda Tribal Centre for Learning at Hoshalli, on Wednesday, the 1st December 2021, as a part of the 13th Annual Sulochana Pattabhiraman Utsavam. This initiative is an offshoot of the vision of Mr. Ravi Iyer, Founder Director, Swaralayam Arts Forum in paying homage to the renowned Carnatic Classical Musician Smt. Sulochana Pattabhiraman.
        
        55 Students participated enthusiastically in the category of Essay and Drawing on the theme and topic "Tribal Culture and Heritage".
