8 students through the Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility, University of Minnesota participated in Global Health, Globalization and Leadership Program at VIIS from 29 Dec 2018 to 18 Jan 2019. The objective of the program was to help students understand health care delivery, global health and effects of globalization in the context of India. The course also conveyed the significance of the Social Determinants of Health in a globalized world. Field experiences and a three day’s workshop on Leadership complemented the three-week program.
